something about the thrill of life

Nice weather for a short run early this morning and now at home enjoying the view from my large windows, a tasty cup of coffee and so many thoughts… The last few weeks have been amazing for numerous reasons even with so many ups and downs; hence the excitement of life with all its challenges and thrills. I love the energy of life and find myself connecting and reconnecting with the mystery of the universe that surrounds me, i.e., people first of all, new encounters and old connections, familiar and unfamiliar places and social spaces where new experiences convey that life is about embracing the world out there and that happiness is an abstract found in the mind that cultivates inner peace beyond the entrapment of this material life.
