Training for Boston rolls on…

My workout for today: 8 easy miles with perfect weather conditions and through my beautiful City Park. I am busy as ever but running keeps me happy, energized, grounded, and balanced, plus Boston is staring me in the face. The hill (bridge) workout yesterday morning kicked my butt but I foam-rolled for about 10-15 minutes when I got home. I tell everybody to get a foam roller because it is the best thing to do for overused muscles. It gets rid of some of the kinks and tightness and loosens up the body. No need to pay for deep-tissue massages or acupuncture, which I did before. Foam-roll and run happy!
