A life full of wonder-filled rituals and not mere routines

Tough decision between Manchego and Gruyere cave-aged cheese today, but el delicioso queso español Manchego was the guest of honor for my winding down evening ritual. No hesitation, however, at selecting a wine, for I marched straight on to the red cabernets and chose a Tamber Bey Cabernet Sauvignon, a medium-bodied delicious wine with rich flavors of tobacco leaves and bitter chocolate… Life without rituals would be meaningless as I am full of them. From the art of making love, to cooking, to writing, to waking and savoring a bold cup of dark roast coffee, to running until I am physically depleted while Spanish and Italian lovers’ music ring inside my ears, to walking my adored dog, to long warm showers, and sensual fragrances, and lace soft underclothes, to meeting friends and students anew each day, smiling and wishing they could love life with as much passion and mystery, to colleagues and intellectuals who glance at me not knowing the depth of my wild, while I relish their intrepid voices around and about and I love them as thinkers yet I wait for them to go life-wild…
