I have arrived!

So I swung by the mall early this morning right after a dermatologist appointment to look for a fall dress to wear for a party in Provincetown, Massachusetts, this weekend. For the most part, I avoid shopping during holiday sales events because I don't like crowds and prefer quiet and leisurely shopping experiences, but since I was just a few blocks away I said, WTH! Besides, there was hardly anyone at the mall at 10am. So I went straight to one of my favorite stores, Ann Taylor, and found a beautiful deep burgundy fall color dress at a discount price. I went for a size 2 thinking, well, it might fit tight, but let me try it anyway because it looks like my size. To my delight, it was quite loose, and the size that fit me perfectly was 0, yes, size 0! I have arrived! To celebrate, I went straight to Starbucks for a Cappuccino and for some of my favorite cookies, the petite French Madeleines, and ate them all with guiltless pleasure.

The one thing wrong here is the Made in China label
